Hi and welcome.

Here is brief intro to why RTR might be right for you. You will be somebody who has a minimum of one years Retail management experience in the last two years, somebody who enjoys the retail market and wants to continue their management development within that sector, enjoys the buzz of retail, the pace and responsibility and wants new opportunities to explore.

RTR has clients across the retail and leisure market place and we are committed to breaking down sector specific mgt, ie we believe that it is your talent as a manager and your ability to bring the best out of your teams that makes you stand out, not necessarily your product knowledge. We have strong relationships based on our personal and consultative approach and if we believe in you the we will be passionate about getting you the right opportunity.

We like to be honest and up-front, we will not waste anyone's time, we will work with you if we can help you but will tell you if we do not think we are best placed to do so.
Likewise if you feel that after speaking to us that you would rather delay your job search and look for the next move where you currently are, then that's fine just say so and we will call you at a later date.

RTR will offer you advise in terms of your CV, presentation skills, communication and interview techniques where appropriate. In the future however RTR is putting together individual coaching programmes for candidates who want a deeper and stronger guidance in these areas, please ask when you call us.
