Area Managers - Pharmacy
Location: Midlands
Approx. Salary: c£50k+ car
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Business which has a proven track record and excellent reputation it their specialised Retail Healthcare sector.
As an Area Manager you role is to lead a team of branch managers, have P&L accountability for the branches on their area and to ensure the branches are operating effectively, safely and to their full potential by following company policies, procedures, systems and maintaining the highest possible standards.
AM Main Tasks
To coach and develop branch managers including having a full understanding of the branch and how it is performing through regular substantive branch visits.
To create a positive and engaging team culture and recognise team achievements
To challenge and appropriately manage poor performance
To agree business objectives and review progress with all branch managers
If you have a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of success as an Area Manager, of building great teams , and delivering great results - this could be a great opportunity.
Although in these challenging times it is predicted that this Business will grow its Store population over next three to five years, and more Senior career progression is highly likely.
