Regional Manager - Branded Hospitality
Location: UK Wide
Approx. Salary: £45-60k + Car + Bons
This client is a major success story of the last twenty years within the Managed House Bars and Pub sector. With close to 800 Businesses the success has been built in a large part by our Area Managers who are the vital link between the Retail Managers and the Company.
We are looking for the ultimate commercial invidual, who thrives in a fast moving and dynamic company. You will manage the relationship of a number of highly talented GM's, giving them the support they need to build turnover and profitability as well as identifying new development opportunities.
Ideally you will have experience in leading a Retail and/or Leisure Brand, and be able to demonstrate your part in its huge success.
Our developing and expanding Food and Coffee Service offers are where our business intends to manifest its growth, in tandem with our recognised quality and value.
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent you will be an innovative, creative, commercial thinker, with at least three years multi-site or area management experience ideally gained in a major retail, leisure or customer focused organisation.
